Very serious about not taking herself too seriously.
Francesca is born in the 90s, a confusing time when the Kurt Cobain era seamlessly merged with the Spice Girls one. No wonder she grew up undecided between becoming an art director or a baker.

After almost a decade working in major networks (Leo Burnett Italy, DDB Germany, DLV BBDO, LePub Milan, DDB Italy) she now is a Creative Director in the freshly opened Italian hub of the French independent award-winning agency HEREZIE.
In some of these agencies she’s won a few awards – in all of them she forgot a few umbrellas.
She also teaches at IED Milan, where she helps her classes to craft projects for Students Awards (and win some of them) and asks her students in return to help her understand what Brainrots are and why people are crazy about Labubus.
Her highest career highlight is learning how to use an orbital sander at a carpentry workshop.
